Planning permission was granted in December 2015 for conversion of existing loft space to create additional residential accommodation and the creation of a roof terrace. FWPD were instructed by a private client following negative pre-application advice from Westminster City Council. FWPD coordinated the planning application working with the client’s architect to produce a robust package which to address the concerns raised at pre-application stage which included a comprehensive analysis of the planning history of all properties in the vicinity.
