Acting for the world’s largest owner and developer of logistics real estate FWPD are retained by Prologis UK and have secured planning permission and listed building consent for comprehensive alterations and extensions and a change of use to flexible B1c, B2 and B8 use of this Grade II listed Victorian multi-level warehouse building. Formerly occupied by Iron Mountain, Prologis are undertaking major refurbishment and conversion of the building to create a state of the art urban logistics facility serving East London domestic and commercial markets.
