Acting for the world’s largest owner and developer of logistics real estate FWPD are retained by Prologis UK to secure planning permission for changes to this Grade II listed Victorian multi-level warehouse building. Formerly occupied by Iron Mountain, Prologis are undertaking major refurbishment and conversion of the building to create a state of the art urban logistics facility serving East London domestic and commercial markets.
