FWPD was instructed to manage the planning process for a private property investment company who had recently acquired a 20,000 sqft office building in Norwich City Centre. Planning permission has been granted for external alterations to the building associated with its comprehensive refurbishment. Work was completed in April 2016 and the premises are being marketed for lease.
