FWPD was instructed to obtain planning permission for a change of use of a single retail unit from Class A1 to Class A2 use to enable the new operator, Eurochange, to occupy the unit. The proposal was contrary to Colchester City Council’s retail policies but through robust supporting information and negotiation with the Council, FWPD secured planning permission for the change of use in April 2015.
