FWPD was instructed to secure planning permission for a new garage on this residential street close to King’s Road. Following unfavourable pre-application feedback, FWPD worked closely with the design team and the Council to secure support for the proposal. Planning permission was granted in October 2015 creating significant additional value for the existing residential unit.
