Hallam Street, London (City of Westminster)

FWPD has managed the planning process for the basement of this substantial building on Hallam Street. A planning application has been submitted for the use of the basement for Class D1 (medical) use. Alterations are proposed as part of the application to facilitate the change of use. FWPD has prepared, coordinated and submitted the planning applications and is leading the negotiations with the City Council working closely with Sonnemann Toon Architects.
