May 2022 - Planning permission granted by Westminster City Council for the use of a listed building on Buckingham Gate as an Embassy (sui generis use).

March 2022 - Prior approval granted for the upward extension at roof level of a residential property in RBKC, creating much needed additional floorspace for the owners.

October 2021 - FWPD secures planning permission and listed building consent for the conversion of the part Grade II* and Grade II listed Clock House, Abingdon from office to residential use to create 11 residential units.

October 2021 - Planning permission secured for alterations associated with the conversion of 4 mews buildings in Marylebone into four houses including change of use from offices to residential at ground floor level.

July 2020 - FWPD secures planning permission and listed building consent for the use of the Grade II listed warehouse at Bow Yard, Gillender Street to create c15,000 sqm of flexible Class B1c, B2, B8 floorspace and associated alterations and extension. Permission was secured at Tower Hamlet’s virtual committee meeting on 9 July 2020.
